Dear all it is a sad notice to say the least our dear beloved Bill Jackson has passed away, the last of the WWII Bomber Command survivors in our region, we at this Cairns Branch of the RAAFA offer our sympathy and prayers to Bill Jackson his wife Daphne and all the family members, as the funeral service is known to us we will post the time and place.
Bill’s funeral service will take place on; Friday 12 July 2013 Time: 1000 in the Chapel of Heritage Brady Funeral Directors Crematorium 76 Maher Road, Gordonvale. Please meet at the Chapel.
