Dear Members and readers this service is great and available right here in Cairns, we should take advantage of this service. Mr Josh Huxley, is an Exercise Physiologist and is working with the wider community of Cairns and districts. Josh and his team has been providing services to those who suffer from chronic diseases and disabilities, Josh and his team have been providing exercise rehabilitation programs for more then two a half years. He has a large Clientele in his program from all walks of life, we highly recommend Josh and his team to you go along and have a talk to him or one of his staff members. Their organisation would like to expand and reach out to more members of the community, hoping to provide their services to more of the wide community that need the assistance and guidance to reach better health and well being.

The exercise program is available to all members of the community. They currently operate throughout Queensland, from Cairns, Bundaberg, Ipswich, Goodna, Brisbane and Sunnybank.

The program aims to rehabilitate any injuries, prevent further deterioration and reduce disease risk while improving the quality of life. Exercise has been seen to assist in management of PTSD, mental health disorders, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, chronic pain, cancer, arthritis, joint replacements, heart attacks and muscular-skeletal injuries. It is their goal to not only rehabilitate any injuries but to also achieve any set goals in health and fitness, inevitably improving the quality of life and increasing independence.
