Cairns Branch Monthly Meetings 2016

Every fourth Sunday of the month at the RSL Cairns Sub-Branch Esplanade, and when indicated on our social calendar alternative meetings are conducted at Cairns 104 Squadron Headquarters Cairns Air Port General Aviation Area. Time 10:30 for 11:00, for directions go to Meeting Locations on the menu.

January - Meeting

Sunday 24th General Meeting upstairs front hall RSL 1030 HRS for morning tea before meeting starting at 11.00 hrs. Tuesday 26th January 2016 Australia Day.

February - Meeting
Sunday 21st General Meeting upstairs front hall RSL 10.30 hrs for morning tea before meeting starting at 11.00 hrs.

March - Meeting
Sunday 20th Casual Dress Meet downstairs 10:30 AM for Wreath placing Please wear medals. Annual General Meeting upstairs front hall RSL at 11:00 AM - followed by RAAF Birthday luncheon.

April - Meeting
Sunday 17th Meeting at 104 Squadron starting at 1100 hrs followed by chicken & ham luncheon. Cost $7.00. Please bring a plate. May – Event - Battle of Coral Sea

May - Meeting
Sunday 22nd General Meeting upstairs front hall RSL 1030 hrs for morning tea before meeting starting at 1100hrs.

June - Meeting
Sunday 26th Meeting at 104 Squadron starting at 1100 hrs followed by chicken & ham luncheon. Cost $7.00. Please bring a plate.

July - Meeting
Sunday 24th General Meeting upstairs front hall RSL 1030 hrs for morning tea before meeting starting at 1100 hrs.

August - Meeting
Sunday 28th Meeting at 104 Squadron starting at 1100 hrs followed by chicken & ham luncheon. Cost $7.00. Please bring a plate, Battle of Brittan Lunch Menu to be ordered.

September - Meeting
Sunday 18th (Third Sunday) Casual Dress and Medals to be worn Meet downstairs at 1030 hrs for Wreath placing. General meeting upstairs front hall RSL 1100 hrs, followed by Battle of Britain and Battle for Australia Commemorative Luncheon.

October - Meeting
Sunday 23rd Meeting at 104 Squadron starting at 1100 hrs followed by chicken & ham luncheon. Cost $7.00. Please bring a plate.

November - Meeting
Sunday 27th Meeting at 104 Squadron starting at 1100 hrs. Followed by Annual Christmas Party. Lunch will be funded by the Branch, but please bring a salad or similar to share. Don’t forget to pay your subs for 2017.
